PERRINE, PATTERSON & STACK

Williamsburg NY

Most recent update: March 22, 2020.

William Perrine, Ariel Patterson and Thomas Stack organized this shipyard in 1845, at the foot of North 2nd Street (now Metropolitan Avenue), in Williamsburg: the site is now a two-block empty lot.  The partnership broke up in 1853, with Stack continuing on his own, reportedly into the 1880s, although the last ship on his record was built in 1872.  The table below is incomplete: if anyone has any data to add to it, please send it to me at timcolton@aol.com
