Halimar Shipyard, LLC, was started by William H. Hidalgo Sr., formerly of Conrad Shipyard, in 2002.  Visit the company at www.halimarshipyard.com.  Note that Halimar builds liftboats in partnership with Marine Industrial Fabrication, Inc., of New Iberia: Halimar builds the hulls and MIF outfits them.  The yard is on Railroad Avenue in Morgan City, at the foot of Aycock Street: see it from the air on Google here.
