Patti Shipyard was established in 1977 by Frank Patti.  The original plan was to build fishing vessels for the family fishing business, but the yard soon expanded into building tugs, ferries and other types.  After a hiccup in 2007, the company was reorganized as Patti Marine Enterprises, under the leadership of Frank Patti, Jr.  Visit the company at www.pattimarine.com and see the yard from the air on Google here.
