U.S. Army Tug-Transports (T, TP) Built During WWII

In WWII, the Army built 170 65-foot, diesel-powered, passenger-cargo boats that doubled as harbor tugs, known as tug-transports, or T-boats.  Most of these were apparently discarded after the war, because I can only find 70 that were listed in the USCG register, only four of which are currently active.  There is very little record of what happened to the rest: if anyone can add to the table below, please send your info to timcolton@aol.com  The Army's WWII fleet included 43 96-foot, diesel-powered, wooden, harbor tugs.  The pennant numbers are those missing from the sequence of T-boat numbers.  If anyone has any information on what happened to these boats, please send it to timcolton@aol.com
